If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern Aura Skin Clinic’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only.  It is subject to change without notice.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.

Gift Cards, Discounted Vouchers and Vouchers

The conditions below apply to use of Gift Card (Gift Card), issued by us. Purchasing or using the Gift Card means that you accept these conditions.

We reserve the right, at our complete discretion to refuse to sell Gift Cards to any person at any time for any reason.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new Gift Card and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

Anyone holding the Gift Card can use its value to make purchases, so your Gift Card should be kept secure. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to us. We take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you because of a lost or stolen Gift Card.

We may replace a lost or stolen Gift Card at our absolute discretion. Any replacement Gift Card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement).

Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject Gift Cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.

We may cancel any Gift Card, or the Gift Card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement Gift Card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a Gift Card.

Aura Skin Clinic will on occasion run discounted vouchers that can be bought as a gift for family and friends.

All our Gift Vouchers expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

All Bookings

Age Policy

Our customers must be at least 18 years of age to have any laser or skin treatments.   

For persons aged 16 or 17, the Parent/guardian must be present for consultation and first treatment and understand the procedure and aftercare.

Signed Consent must be done in person (the Consultation form cannot be taken home by the child).

We advise that due to hormonal changes/puberty, we do not recommend under 15 years of age.

For all Cosmetic Injectable treatments, clients must be aged 18+.

You will be required to provide a form of photographic ID to identify your age. A photocopy of this will be taken for out records.

Prepaid Treatment

If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatments or treatment areas.

Pre-pays for skin treatments have a 3-month expiry date.

Pre-pays for laser hair removal treatments have a 12-month expiration date. When

10+ treatments are bought, the expiration date will be 18 months

You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

Treatments may not be completed by the same therapist each time

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We require a booking fee (in some cases referred to as a deposit) of £25.00 or 20% of the treatment cost in order to confirm each appointment, unless you buy a course of treatment in which case you will be required to pay for the full course before you start any treatment.

All booking fees will be taken prior to your appointment and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, by paying your deposit, you agree to these terms

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments for any reason.

If you give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice you will need to reschedule your appointment for the treatment to be carried out within 30 days of your original booking. You may only reschedule your appointment once. The second time you wish to reschedule an appointment you will need to pay the booking fee for the new appointment.

Failure to give at least 48 hours’ notice or show up to the appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled and loss of your booking fee. A further booking fee will be payable should you wish to make a new appointment.

For prepaid sessions such as in a course of treatment, failure to cancel within that time frame will result in the forfeiture of that appointment within the course.

Refunds and Returns

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Treatment costs are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of the products we sell (skincare, supplements & other personal care items) we are unable to refund or accept returns for any of the products sold as once they are open and used they cannot be resold. If you suffer any form of reaction, official protocol will be followed through the manufacturer.

Before and After Campaigns

We would like to collect and process:

1.     photographic images;

2.     video recordings;

3.     audio recordings; and

4.     written testimonials (“the Material”) from you for creating educational and promotional material.

To the extent that this material contains information about your medical diagnosis and treatment, it would be regarded as sensitive data, which by law requires your explicit consent to allow us to process it.

If chosen to participate in this campaign you will be required to sign a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the material by us both now and in the future.

By signing the release, you agree that we may use the material for promotional and informational purposes.

You grant us the right to use the material on its websites and in publications for use in its clinics and generally, which may include, but is not limited to media, posters, newsletters and newspapers, catalogues, video collages, etc.

You grant us the right to disclose the material to third parties and media.

You understand we may, and has the right to, crop and/or collage the material with others and understand that the material may be transmitted over the internet.

You agree that by signing the form, you release and forever discharge us, our agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the material, including but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation and you waive all moral rights that you may have in the material.

Prepaid Treatment Packages / Courses

When purchasing a course of treatments, you will benefit of a special discounted rate.

Prices quoted on our website are based on pre-paying for a course of treatments.

No reduction in price is available where areas have been removed from the package. In the event that you elect to forego treatment of a component area, no subsequent treatment of that area will be due to you under your entitlement for that course.

Bookings and payment must be made in advance for all laser hair removal treatments.

Cosmetic Injections

Bookings must be made in advance.

All client must be 18 or over. Photographic ID must be provided at your first appointment. A photocopy will be taken for our records.

Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors.

The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used.

The price is based on units of the relevant product as recommended for the client by the treating Injector.

Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.

Packages cannot be split over appointments.

Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area. If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional payment will be required. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all the product units in the package in the one appointment.

The number of units administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.

Laser Hair Removal and Packages

All clients are required to have a patch test 72 hours before any treatment is carried out to see if there are any adverse effects to the laser. You must attend the appointment without any sun tan or self-tanning or residue present on the skin with hair growth. Failure to do so will result in the patch test being cancelled and you losing your booking fee for the appointment.  

When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example the Female Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.

Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package Terms & Conditions

Clients may purchase the full body laser hair removal package at the prices set out in the marketing materials from time to time. 

The full body laser hair removal package includes all of the laser hair removal areas offered by us, as set out in the marketing materials from time to time. This package does not include laser hair removal areas that are not currently offered by us.

Clients may elect to remove any area from their full body laser hair removal package

Clients must advise the staff at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment of the area that has been removed from the package. No reduction in price is available where areas have been removed from the package.

Bookings must be made for all laser hair removal treatments.

Bookings for this package may not be available at all times on all days.

Payment must be made in advance.

The package cannot be used between two or more clients. Photo ID may be requested.

Clients must pay for each treatment at the time of booking. No pre-payments are available, and multiple pre-paid discount prices are not available. 

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Our Price Promise does not apply to Full Body Laser Hair Removal Packages. 

Medical Conditions and Medications

Can treat when the client is on Antibiotics as long as they are not photosensitive

Photosensitive must wait 2 weeks after taken
